As an update: several active contesters told me they were using their cellphone or web browser to self-spot to DXSummit - in some cases hundreds of times - but their self-spots didn't appear even onc

I do note that the phrase "solicit contacts" is used once in the CQWW rules and there seems to be synonymous with "call CQ". Over tens of thousands of words in a dozen emails with me in fall of 2022,
