My two cents , a top entry should be required to identify the station they operated from, if different than their home station..and 95+ % of the operators already do.I just dont understand the secrec

I am fairly certain that last year, with the sloooow processing by LOTW, the server was replaced over the weekend by W5OV..so I assume its physically located at Newington.if thats the case, how can i
