Jim, Irritating as it is, I think flagging the callsign of the offender won't help: it's tough to tell who's doing it - I operate at a Multi-2, and there are a lot of us that post with the same call.

Bottom line is; check all calls and don't rely on the accuracy of the spots. This time around, if I came along a station that wasn't ID'ing I'd listen thru two contacts, then ask for a call. If no re
