Hi all: Wondering if 10 meters will be open in June-July? -- 73's Andrei EW1AR-NP3D WAS RTTY #455 from NY(all via LoTW) WAS RTTY #549 from MA (all via LoTW) DXCC RTTY #1,832 (all via LoTW) WAZ RTTY #
Of course, 10m is open a lot of the time, there just isn't enough activity to see it most of the time. David Robbins K1TTT e-mail: mailto:k1ttt@arrl.net web: http://www.k1ttt.net AR-Cluster node: 145
That's funny, I was tuning around also and didn't hear you tuning around. David Robbins K1TTT e-mail: mailto:k1ttt@arrl.net web: http://www.k1ttt.net AR-Cluster node: 145.69MHz or telnet://dxc.k1ttt.
Likewise, guys. I was tuning around also and didn't hear either one of you tuning around. When I got a response is when I asked on 28.345 if the dead frequency had any listeners. Made about 20 contac
I checked out 10 last night and noticed that most of the USA becons were audible, some pretty good. I listened around and heard several stations all in the SE - FL and TN. This was after 10P>M> local
I find a good way to see if 10 is open is tune upon the SSTV frequency and ask "Is the frequency in use." Usually someone is guarding their frequency :-) 73 Tom W7WHY ________________________________
Here in Europe we just tune the band and hear a lot of Taxi dispatch stations from Moscow if there is propagation, if it is really open you also hear the cars. 73 Peter I find a good way to see if 10
