I don't think this is a good rule however it is shown in section 6 of the posted rules. 6 - VALID CONTACTS : - Are all QSO made between two participants of the contest and confirmed by cross-checking

When I just make a few QSOs in a contest that I stumble across by tuning the bands, I always make a minimum of 3, just so I don't appear as a fabricated QSO. I've never made any QSOs in CQMM because
