I did not notice any country file issues during CQWW 2011 CW. I think T2V (Tuvalu) was sending CQ Zone 32, when they are really in CQ Zone 31 according to CQ: http://www.cq-amateur-radio.com/cq_award

5Z4HW was sending 5NN 35 every QSO. We worked him twice and asked to repeat both times and always came 5NN 35. 5Z4EE was sending 5NN 37, what I think is right. 73, Luc __ PW7T Team member WRTC.2010 B

Log what is sent. You should not be scored on what "should have been sent", but what is actually sent. If you log "what your computer thinks should have been sent even though he sent something else",
