Beyond just Region 1 restrictions on 1800 - 1810 there are also plenty of country specific restrictions on allowed 160M frequencies - JAs come to mind. It's the transmitting station's responsibility

During CQWW SSB I always get called by some USA stations out of their allowed operating privileges. I just ignore them. Sometimes they persist for quite a long time. Some do this because of an error

You should almost always work a station if they answer your CQ, even if it is a dupe! Always keep the QSO in the log, unless you know you busted the call. Let the contest adjudication decide what to

It is a little more complicated than that. Unfortunately, many contest logs do not show the exact frequency. They will just show 1800. Or there are some logging programs that fill in a random frequen
