I agree. 100%. Even if you ask the other to confirm, and even if he does, there is no guarantee that he would log you properly. Dumb rule, and has nothing to do with accuracy or "being a good op". Yu

The rules is for everybody so the other guy could also blame you for not receiving correct. And he could blame you for not sending correct. If there is no log then you get zero points/mults for the Q

TAC (TOPS Activity Contest) - you get QSO credit just for Qs with stations who submitted their logs. Beside that, you get zero points/mults if other side busted your call and/or exchange. 73 Mirko S5
