- OK, the KP2 said "Virgin Islands", which I logged as VI. My logging software (CT-DOS) accepted that. The NAQP Cabrillo format says QTH is State/Province for W/VE, DX for others. http://wwrof.org/cabr

- In responding to other questions I this I realized I made a small error. The rules state that multipliers are North American Countries and how we've designated in the multiplier field is by the stand
