This is so easy. You put a PL-259 on a section of RG-8X and use the reducer meant for RG-59 because both RG-8X and RG-59 are the same size (larger than RG-58) or just drill a reducer meant for RG-58

On all my Alphas, I used a BNC Chassis Mount ( Screw with nut type) as the existing hole easily accomodated most BNC chassis mount connectors that are just mounted using a nut. I was able to remove a
