Contesters, Just wandering about this one: Is it possible for two single operators, lets say one SO on 40 meter and the other SO on 20 meter, to use the same club call sign during the upcomming ARRL

Well, if it's a club station, and there are two transmitters owned by the club running at the same time, and they are both using the same call... how can this NOT be a multi-transmitter operation fro

Yes. This is called "Multi-Two" or "Multi-Operator, Two Transmitter". Here's what you "mist" (sic): 2.3.2.Multioperator, Two Transmitter: 2.3.2.1.A maximum of two transmitted signals at any given tim

I understood Maarten's original question to be whether he could submit two separate logs (for separate Single Band Operations) using the same call. I believe the answer to that is no but it is always

Robert and Ron, Robert, I'm not sure what you mean with *"mist" (sic)* but I guess it's not much good. Sometimes some of you people forget that not everybody in the world is a native English speaker.

Maarten, (sic) means I'm quoting your original spelling - which was not intended to be critical - I actually enjoy such variations of interpretations from those who do not speak English as their firs

I think what he was asking is if it was possible to run two single band entries using the same club callsign. I see many issues with this. I believe using separate calls is the only way to do this. _

I don't think this is permitted under ARRL DX rules. Now if it was CQWW it might be, depending on who is adjudicating the scores in a particular year. One year, especially if it's merely W9s, it wil

Maarten, I believe what you are proposing is disallowed by ARRL DX Contest rule 3.1.2.2. "The same callsign may not be used by a different operator(s) to generate additional single band entries." You

Bob W5OV, I now realize I misspelled the word "mist" which means the same as "haze" or "fog". It should have been "missed" of course. To bad my spell checker missed that one ;-) Now I can place your
