I could certainly be wrong, as I am not a lawyer. However, it seems to me that this proposal will very effectivelySTOP all cw within the HF bands. With wider transmissions and entire bands allocated

I haven't been following this, but wouldn't it make sense that if we are to continue the subband by regulation tradition in the U.S., that we consider subbands by transmit signal bandwidth rather tha

Not to drift off topic, but just one point of clarity: That is NOT what the proposal is about. It's to allow greater data rates than 300 baud. 2.8 kHz wideband signals are already permitted (see: PAC
