- What frequency are we making verticals for? 15 kHz? :-) I should think you wouldn't need to be concerned about bursting for a typical 160 meter vertical! Maybe we need a VLF Contest. See you on 175

- OK, John, this is from my experience. Have been flying these things in the 160 for over 20 years. A good source for balloons is a local Army/Navy surplus store. They generally carry weather balloons
