- While using ct_time against a CT9 version bin file I get the following error. I get the same error using 9to8 convert program. Are these utilities compatibel with XP DOS window? Does anyone have the

- Thanks Jim, This all happens in an XP DOS window. Using these versions I converted my ct9 bin file to ct10, ran ct_time from ct10 and converted back to ct9 - times were adjusted correctly. (btw - fyi
