I've had similar problems where the freq field gets 0 instead of a number, but at least the band gets logged properly. I think what you need to do (if you can't just go in and use the Alt F1/F2 keys

you should be able to just scroll back to those q's and set the right band with alt-f1/alt-f2 and have it accept them for score ok. if you insist on editing the exact frequency you can use b2r, edit
