How do you force (or educate) Windows 98 to load DOS drivers (CD-ROM & mouse specifically) when it starts in DOS? I think these are called "real-time" drivers but I can't find the instructions on how

Load them in CONFIG.SYS & AUTOEXEC.BAT, just like we always did. Remember, Win 98 is really Win 4.1 & DOS 7.1 just like Win 95B... ... if Win 95 was really Win 4.0, and Win 98 is really Win 4.1, then
