Actually, the "fixed column" thing is a bit bogus. The computer is *not* looking at each position rather at each field. I found that out in the June VHF QSO Party. My file had the "59" in the spot wh

It's not log checkers any more! It's the computer. If you have an invalid entry, the QSO will be discarded! When we had log checkers, then they could use some common sense. The computer only accepts
