I have a very vexing problem with my DVP. I programmed the record functions this morning with F3 as "59 Connecticut" and of course F5 gives the guys call which for purposes of this test was "G3FXB".

Hi Bob, The insert key sends F5 + F2 -- not F5 + F3. F3 is your *confirm* message. It is sent and the QSO logged when you hit "+" on the numeric pad. Maybe you have a FD or other exchange on F2! 73,

Hi Don, The F3 was a typo and was corrected in the next reflector posting. F3 contains a QRZ? not a 3A 3A 3. F2 is 59 Connecticut. DVP is reading this differently though. Any other suggestions? Tnx &
