Polling doesn't add overhead in the TC implementation. In TC, the more traffic on the network... the faster the network gets for everyone. Again, this because of polling combined with super-packets.

Why don't you explain exactly how you are doing this procedure so we can follow along with you. Debugging this kind of stuff over email is difficult without getting all the steps you are taking. The
