I'm using one of these engeniustech cards in an AP-1000 w/ Karlnet ISP-Base 4.31 http://www.engeniustech.com/cs/file/2511/el2511cdplusext2spec.pdf The specs say it can operate at 200mw or 100mW. Does

Notice the "CE" certification at the end of the line? This is a card made for use in Europe. Are you somewhere in europe? If so, you probably won't be able to legally use the FCC certified 200mW card

This indicates is that the card comes in two versions... version 1 is 200mW, certified by the FCC for use in North America version 2 is 100mW, certified by the CE for use outside North America ** REP
