It IS just a stupid switch open or closed -- typical stupid setup :-) Are you sure your Heil thingy is working all the way through the connector? Did you try something other than the Heil assembly -

I'd say that's the right thing to do. I've never had a hardware problem with either of the Orion I boxes I've owned (still have one of them), but had to send my II back twice to get a flakey logic bo

Call Ten-Tec. I had a similar but not quite identical failure on mine fairly recently (except in my case the AlC light was not lit). It was a failure in the logic board. Grant/NQ5T __________________
