Orion's outputs are open-collector, no voltage is sourced. 1.4 V comes from the band decoder, not from Orion. For reliable operation pull up resistors should be added. 73, Sinisa YT1NT, VE3EA YU DX C

The Orions band data "outputs" which are really just 1 to1, there really is no band data bits. These outputs are sinking. In other words they want to sink 12VDC, which you can get from the radio or o
