Here is the problem. TV on second floor. Tower is about 5 feet away, on the other side of the wall. I have had TVI issues with this TV (Sylvania 32 inch color) on HF but have tamed it with toroids on

All, Just to clarify, it is on all channels when using 50 Mhz. It is a CATV system. The TVI affects the sound much more quickly than the video. In other words, I can rotate my antenna from 1. no TVI,
