I have located the source of the power line RFI. The local utility RFI engineer (P.E.) has my RFI trouble ticket in the queue. Hopefully within the next week or so. But, now I'd like to gather ideas

I wonder how much extra it would cost (someone) two install chokes and/or twist the wires? it may be a good thought experiment with them to put a number on it regardless of who ends up paying for it.
