- I had a new Carrier unit installed two years ago, and it has the DC blower fan. I immediately started having interference. I added a ferrite choke on the blower motor leads and the problem was solved

- I've have used shielded cat 5 with very good results. The pre-made cables with shielded/ground connectors. See my advice on killing RX noise. k9yc.com/publish.htm It starts with replacing all SMPS

- See if the noise is there with the unit running in fan mode only. I had this problem with a new install and had to add common mode chokes on the fan wires. The blower uses a variable speed fan moto

- I had something very much the same. It turned out to be a variable speed fan motor on the HVAC. Could be coming from your Nextdoor. My problem started after I replace he HVAC unit. Common mode chokes
