Change the ethernet speed to 10mb half duplex and the birdies will go away. if the router is wireless and the modem is connect by cat 5e, again switch to 10mb half duplex, i have not tried cat6 yet.

Built a new home 2 years ago. Used the SIMKAR MINI8L1 Under the Cabinet Florescent Task Light system. Uses the 8 watt T-5 light bulb which is included. I have purchase several from internet supplies

Go to 1000Bulbs and buy all the rough service bulbs that you need. Go to http://www.txlampparts.net/ to purchase 3 way lamp cord switches that will dim the bulb to half light. Use them on all lamps.
