There is more than one carrier. One stays put, the other steps upward, reinitializes, then begins again. Time: 1358 local, 2058 UT. There is a fair amount of weak non-amateur activity on 7.025 MHz. R

Hi Dave, I just looked at that signal using an SDR receiver set to an RBW of 9.2 Hz and I dont see much but possibly 120 Hz sidebands but they are at least 50 dB down from the main carrier. Don wd8ds

I can see the 7025 carrier, (spot on 7025) quite weak in Alberta. I can also just detect the 120 hz sidebands, using the perseus and 0.48 rbw... No stepped carrier seen in the vicinity. _____________
