I am observing a S5 noise source that is 4 or 5 KHz wide on 80m. It r repeats every 23 KHz all across the band. This pattern is also apparent on 160m and 40m, but the signal is not as strong. What ki

Jeff, In the 'old days' if it repeated every 15,750 (B&W) or 15,734 (color) Hz it was a TV set - - this sounds more like a PC monitor as you described it, although the old TV sets didn't produce garb
