Stephanie, No, it is definitely NOT corona. Corona is an EHV phenomenon, and appears only on transmission lines, not distribution lines such as the lines you described in a residential neighborhood.

Many who are plagued with RFI go at it backwards. They try to determine what is causing the RFI. I admit that may be easier than trying to locate the source. But, what does this accomplish in finding
