Thanks Dave. You MIGHT be able to kill it with the combination of a ferrite choke and AC-rated capacitor across the choke on the line side. The choke kills the common mode, and the cap works with the

Yeah I might... but do I really want to modify the track fixture to try to filter a bulb that shouldn't make noise in the first place? My intent was to warn others that some of these led bulbs may be
