In the same direction. With poor band conditions is PHIL IL too confusing? I suppose one might mistake the IL as a second PHIL where the PH got garbled. Maybe I should use another name in the future.

I don't think they are saying you can't use SO2R, only that there will be no separate category for it. I believe it is their intent to allow SO2R but in competition with the single radio guys. Phil X
