I have two FT-1000D's and during the recent rtty contest discovered the newer unit does not tune at same speed as the older unit making tuning 170 cycle shift signals difficultat best. The older 90's

I was very frustrated here in Oregon with barely hearing or not at all 99 percent of the time. No FT5/G in Oregon. But got very lucky a week ago and worked him on RTTY on Tuesday and I am in the log!
