No they are a broadcast service and have special rights. Coded in Part 97 actually. Nothing new to their schedule. Nor is it manned its an automatic operation. _______________________________________

Can't remember but very highly doubt that it would be worth the effort. The Hal guys could no doubt tell you but why not use use Low-Tones as many are doing that these days with AFSK and other rigs.
