Even within region 2, the Canadian bandplan (see below) specifies 7035-7050 for digital modes. There is also a number of strong local SSB stations between 7050-7100. 7.000 to 7.035 MHz - CW 7.035 to

Hi Julio and those interested, It should be pointed out to our American Cousins, that Industry Canada (akin to FCC) regulate only Bandwidth NOT MODE. On most HF bands that is 6 KHz maximum bandwidth
