I saw a bunch of VE's above 3600khz and US stations working them. Maybe guys running software in USB and thinking they were in band? Are the VE's allowed to run up there? Ron K0IDT __________________

We have no restrictions. So - I could *legally* run SSB or AM right down to 3500 Khz as long as I keep my sidebands within the band. Band plans say its not a good idea, but there is no legal restrict
