In southern Delaware, there is a big-gun multi-multi station, fellow FRCer, Dallas, W3PP. While I certainly can't speak for him, if someone (or several) wanted to activate DEL in a major RTTY contest

Hm, Nebraska and Montana are usually pretty easy for me. I looked through my contest logs for the past few years, and only saw WA3GGM in the latest ANARTS contest (on 15M), so maybe he's new to RTTY

You can't get RTTY WAS with PSK 31. You *can* get Digital WAS with it, though, and I will, but I want to finish RTTY WAS first ... :-) Hmm, there's a RTTY WAC too ... Must look at my cards again ...

Maybe DXCC changed? According to http://www.arrl.org/awards/dxcc/rules.html#si, "Baudot, ASCII, AMTOR and packet count as RTTY." There's no "only", so it's not quite definitive if you're into picking
