- I have a notebook computer that has no sound card. If I buy the mfj-1275 can I still operate rtty ok? Or do I have to have a computer with a sound card? Or is there another way to get around that pro

- Hart, If you have a notebook computer with no sound card you can always use a USB sound card. I have had good luck with the Creative Labs USB Sound Blaster. Tim-KU4J _________________________________

- this is true, however my Dell could not power the USB Sound Blaster, and I had to resort to an external hub with auxillary power (a Belkin) - which generated RF noise when powered - yes, you can do t
