This website http://www.qsl.net/ka5wss/logconv/ seems to have a tool to convert directly from ADIF to Cabrillo. I haven't tried it, but it's likely that you'll still have to manually add the Cabrillo

I printed up a strip with all functions on and its permanently stuck above the F keys with sticky tape. I've configured my day to day log (Logger32) to use the same functions. Its just trial and erro
