During the NAQP phone, I needed to exit TR Log (ver 6.36). When I re-started TR Log, the exchange info (note, not the TRMASTER data) from previous contacts was lost. Is this normal? Is there a way to

Did you check IN the LOG.DAT file to confirm that they were truely 'missing'? The only times I've found this to be a 'problem' was when I'd already saved the Q to the log and then had to go back up

Tree and the list - Yep, same thing happened to me. For whatever reason my computer locked up, I rebooted and all the exchanges in the window were gone when TR restarted. This was version 6.35, FYI.
