In preparing for next weekend's ARRL 10-meter contest, I noticed the NU/VY0 mult is missing from the domestic mult file. Since I'm sure we'll be working VY0 on both modes, I'd hate to miss two mults!

There are several advantages. 1) I have all the data (things like rate and qso by continent distribution) for several years for each contest all within easy reach on my hdd. 2) I can use custom cty.
