TRLog is a DOS program. You cannot use any USB ports or USB-to-serial or USB-to-parallel adapters with it. You will need real serial or parallel ports and DOS drivers that work with those ports, and

If you have "real" serial ports - you can use one each of them to both interface to your radio AND send keying CW. You can use the parallel port for the paddle input if you want and it will be direct
