- I have had intermittent problems with TR locking up after entering certain calls. This usually happens in the heat of battle, altho no different this time, I did note the call entered: KH8AZ/T tr all

- I experienced this on 160 also, but found it was near field RF getting into my keyboard or mouse. I added some ferrite cores and that fixed it up. I have had intermittent problems with TR locking up

- This is because TR looks at that callsign and wants you to enter a serial number for the exchange - were you doing that or was he portable in the USA somewhere. BTW - how would a Tech get a 2X2 call

- It's happened a few times with me also -- noticed that it always happens during some sort of editing of an already entered callsign, using some combination of the "backspace" and "delete" keys, and
