the A vfo will only tune the ham bands ( bye the way to get 60 meters, push in the 0 button on the keypad) But the B vfo will go to .100.100 ( 100 kc's?) well below the AM broadcast band. just press

I use a switching board, I bring antenna 1 into a 1 into 2 switch this goes to position 1 on each of the 1 into 6 switches. next antenna 2 comes into a 1 into 2 switch, and this goes to position 2 on

I never use an ALC line, on any amp. I usually tune the radio for max smoke from the amp then back the power from the transciever down about 5 watts or so. this drops the output down a tad, and keeps
