I am restoring an old Ten-Tec keyer. The unit has one IC, an LU322B. Can anyone tell me what this IC is, and more importantly direct me to a data sheet or pinout diagram for it. I have tried searchin

Stuart, K5KVH, Thanks for the reply. All Ten tec would tell me is that the LU322B IC has not been available for over 20 years. That was the extent of their response. Wonder what they would have done

Stuart, Several other emails from hams with similar keyers (ie KR-5A..etc) have noted a flip flop IC at the same place in the almost identical circuit. I am going to try the flip flop. Thanks / 73 To

Stuart, I am only guessing that the flip flop helps to control the speed of the keying. A flip flop may not work in the circuit of the KR-5. Also, even if it is a flop flop, a different flip flop may
