Great! I'm confused tho. Thought you had an intermittent condition and were talking abt relay replacement - maybe some one else around the same time. Really like your parts cost! original is a glass
KS2S sent me a copy of the high pass filter page for the Paragon. D12 is clearly shown as a 1N4148. D1 thru D8 are BA482. Not exactly a pin diode but close enough. Which PIN diode did the PEG use ?
There were a couple of good articles by Cornell Drentea - Communications Quarterly maybe. What's the old saying Fools walk in where angels fear to tread?<gr> It's not hard to replace a diode but ....
Here's an interesting observation. The TT circuit description says that D1-D16 are pin diodes. The scematic says D1-D8 are BA482 - almost a PIN diode although mfgr did not describe as such - called V
I said Siemens, looks like i forgot Philips: http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/similar/BA482_1.html http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/pip/BA482_1.html Isn't the BA prfix on the diode designat
Yes. Just ordered two reed relays for my OMNI V. $13 and change a pop from T. Hi Scott. Saw your posting about the relays being available at Digi-key.. The relays in my Paragon are HASCO KLTIC6DC12,
I had ordered two replacement reed relays for my OMNI V. Just arrived and they are made by: USRelays and Technology. Model:B1a05Y400DIC was the top If almost Any
TT-516 ?! ARGH!! I have no idea what a 516 is. Where do I run to look it up. Always wondered why some TT uses insist on using model numbers. Why does TT waste time giving each rig a name ? tentec-lis
They could use the model name and then the numbers in parens if appropriate. TT post & forgotten. for download what the it's is TT price" but laboratory. lesson.
Hank, Did you get it finally? The cable is a straight thru Straight thru meaning? Is one end DTE andd the other DCE ? 9 pin male on one side and female on the other. I have been running my Alpha 99 o
