Bill, W4ZV Yep that was the subject. I have been traveling and did try a CVS drugstore in Huntsville but they carried Panasonic phones only. I am back in NC now and found the right phones at CVS in K

My Proset Plus has a yellow sleeve on the cable that terminates in an 8 pin mic connector. Does anyone know what the yellow sleeve means ? I use it with the 1000-MP. Al W4ABW
