The "238" should match your Omni V and VI two-tone grey combination. I had one from the 1998 timeframe that matched. I can't recall if the earlier (brown) version had a different part number or not,

Tim, As I remember it, there was a fair amount of ripple in the passband on the VI and VI+, and the Inrad mod is a couple (more?) of capacitors that were designed to help flatten that out a bit more.
