I think you will find 'rtty/fsk' completely independant to PSK31 on an Omni 6. PSK and your sound card is fed into the 'Audio In' RCA connector, for xmit and your rigs Audio Out RCA connector should

I just went through this on both of my Omni 6+ rigs and 'assume' the Paragon would be the same. Turn the PBT knob fully clockwise and adjust C24 for 15.3015 MHz. Now center the PBT knob and adjust R1
