There's what sounds like a steady carrier on 28.634(6 +-). The only reason I bring this up is that it's so constant, and there's stations all over the country reporting it on the Heathkit reflector.

it depends on battery voltage, like i said it's a car battery, if it's fully charged and i go from just barley into the ALC blink to the level i described, the average power readout goes up a good 40
