- I found that the ground on the "S" meter lamps were not very good. I took a BIG Weller soldering iron and soldered the bulb socket to the support bracket and that fixed the problem for good. I hope

- Mine sounds like ALL of the low frequency response is lost in SSB. I would have hoped that the 1.8 would be centered at the same point as is the 2.4, therefor reducing the highs a little and the lows
